Tear-Away Nonwovens, perfect for light and medium-weight fabrics
Tear-away nonwovens are ideal for embroidery and are known for their excellent tearing properties in all horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions. These nonwovens are designed to be easily torn away without leaving residues, thanks to a unique fibre-structure technology. This allows for quick removal post-embroidery, enhancing productivity and providing smooth, clean edges for a polished finish.
Processing Recommendations:
- Hoop the base fabric with the nonwoven in an embroidery hoop.
- Embroider the design.
- Remove the hoop and carefully tear away the nonwoven.
Material Composition: 75% Cellulose / 25% Polyester
Öko-Tex certified:
- Hoop the stabilizer together with the fabric before embroidering.
- Embroider the design.
- Remove the hoop.
- Carefully tear away the stabilizer – it separates very easily.
